2. If a unit smoke detector goes off, does the loud main common building alarm go off automatically? No All unit alarms are not tied into common alarm panel, which is per the original design, do the other unit alarms go off? No
3. If a unit sprinkler head detects heat and goes off, does the main loud common building alarm go off? Yes
4. If a unit sprinkler head goes off, do individual alarms go off? No
5. If the main building alarm goes off, do the individual unit alarms go off? No
6. If the main common building alarm goes off, does Tyco immediately call the Fire Department? Yes
7. If a unit sprinkler head detects heat and goes off, does Tyco immediately call the Fire Department? Yes
8. If a smoke detector in an individual unit goes off, does Tyco immediately call the Fire Department? No
9. On the day of our fire in September, did Tyco immediately call the Fire Department? If so, what time? Can Tyco give us a time stamp? On the day of the fire at 12:44:09pm an alarm came in from your control indicating a Sprinkler Water flow alarm; we called the Orange County Dispatch & the Fire Department was dispatched; we then called the call list provide by Berkeley

At tonight’s Annual General Membership (AGM) Meeting, 12 persons were present, either in person or by proxy. Members took part in an election for five new Board of Directors, each serving for one year terms. The winners were Stephanie Carmody, Dennis Carmody
Lauren DiMartino, Sally Schwarz & Serena Dudek-Sommer.
Immediately following the AGM, the new Board met & organized itself as follows: Stephanie Carmody, President; Dennis Carmody, Treasurer & Secretary; Lauren DiMartino, Member-at-Large; Sally Schwarz, Member-at-Large & Serena Dudek-Sommer, Member-at-Large.

The fire alarm system for 500 Market Street will be tested by Sterling Bank Services on Monday, February 29th. The inspector is required to sound the alarm as part of the test.
The 500 Market Street HOA Board of Directors will next meet on Monday, March 7, 2016 immediately following the AGM (annual general membership) meeting. The AGM will start @ 6:30pm. Both meetings will take place in the lobby of 500 Market Street.
