Dear Residents,
A theft was recently reported in 500 Market Street by a unit owner who had left a pair of boots in the hallway one evening and found them missing in the morning. The HOA Board would like to remind all residents to not leave personal items in the common areas (as described in Section 7.3 of our covenants), both for the safety of the items and for the safety of all building residents (items left in the hallways that block any portion of the halls are a hazard during an evacuation).
Thank you, 500 Market Street HOA Board of Directors
Please note Tyco will be inspecting the fire alarm system on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. During this inspection the fire alarm horns will sound several different times.
If you have an after hours emergency, please call or text, (919) 357-8091.
The Board of Directors would like all residents to know that 500 Market Street will be without water from 8am to 10am on Monday, August 15th. This is in order to make a necessary repair. Everyone apologizes in advance for this happening. Thank you.

500 Market Street residents, please know those items left next to the dumpster will not be picked up the trash collectors. If you have big items to discard, please schedule a pick up with the Town of Chapel Hill. Thank you for keeping our building a nice place to live.
Most Sincerely, Your Board of Directors
