AGM Meeting Recap (2/27)

Tonight 17 persons, either by proxy or in person, attended the 500MS HOA Annual General Membership meeting @ 7pm at 500 Market Street.  Five new Board members, were elected to each serve one year terms.  Additionally, new by-laws were approved.

Immediately following the AGM meeting, the 500MS HOA Board of Directors meet for a quick organizational meeting.  Newly elected officers are: Stephanie Carmody (President), Dennis Carmody (Treasurer) & Joe Provenzano (Secretary).

Proposed Bylaw Changes

500MS HOA owners will vote on proposed bylaw changes at the annual meeting set for Monday, February 27th at 7pm.  HOA rules require that 67 percent of the owners agree to make the changes.  If you cannot attend the meeting, please send in your proxy.  If you need a copy of the proposed bylaw changes and/or a copy of the proxy please contact the Berkeley office.  We will respond in 2 business days with the information requested.
