500 Market Street

Tyco will be conducting their annual inspection on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.  The alarms will go off one time during this inspection.  There is not a specific time for this inspection.

The 500MS HOA annual meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 26th @ 6:30pm.  500MS HOA cannot hold the meeting without at least 11 owners present, either in person or by proxy.  Also, 500MS HOA will vote on a by law change which cannot be passed without at least 14 owners present (again, either in person or by proxy).

If you cannot make the meeting, please sign, scan & then e-mail your signed proxy to officemanager@berkeleychapelhill.com.  A proxy was sent to each owner in the annual meeting information packet mailed last month.  Additionally, it can also be found at 500market.berkeleychapelhill.com, click on the document tab & see AGM information.

NO PLASTIC BAGS IN RECYCLING

Orange County Solid Waste will not take any of the recycling if there are plastic bags in the container. Please put only loose materials in the recycling containers. Bagged trash must go in the dumpster. Thank you for your help!

The HOA dues for 500 Market Street starting January 1, 2018 will be $278 per month.

The 2018 500 Market Street HOA Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting is set for Monday, February 26, 2018 at 6:30pm in the lobby of 500 Market Street.  As always is the case, this meeting & all meetings of 500MS HOA are open to the public.
