Asphalt Enterprises will be repainting the lines in the 500MS HOA parking lot on Tuesday, October 30th. Please have all cars out of the parking lot by 7am in October 30th. Cars can return after 4pm that day. Any cars left in the lot will be towed at the owners expense. Thank you for your cooperation and helping through keep the building a beautiful place to live. 500MS HOA Sprinkler System Inspections have been re-scheduled.
Crawford Sprinkler will be back to inspect inside each condominium on Thursday, September 6th at 3pm to 4pm. They will be inspecting the sprinkler heads inside each unit. The 500MS HOA Board of Directors have yet to select their next meeting date & time. That said, the Board meets each quarter, normally on a Monday night starting at 6pm. The meetings are located in the lobby of 500 Market Street and last 60 minutes.

Tyco will be conducting their annual inspection on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. The alarms will go off one time during this inspection. There is not a specific time for this inspection.

The 500MS HOA annual meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 26th @ 6:30pm. 500MS HOA cannot hold the meeting without at least 11 owners present, either in person or by proxy. Also, 500MS HOA will vote on a by law change which cannot be passed without at least 14 owners present (again, either in person or by proxy).
If you cannot make the meeting, please sign, scan & then e-mail your signed proxy to officemanager@berkeleychapelhill.com. A proxy was sent to each owner in the annual meeting information packet mailed last month.
