A special assessment in the amount of $2,000 per unit has been approved. It will be used for exterior building projects that were recommended in the reserve study. Payments are due February 1, 2023 and the work will begin on March 1, 2023.
We will be holding a special meeting via zoom on December 7th at 6:30pm to discuss future capital improvements to the exterior of the building as recommended by the 2021 reserve study and how to fund them. The repairs to the exterior of the building are expected to begin around March 1, 2023. We would like input from all owners and encourage everyone to join us for the zoom call. Baker Roofing will start replacing the roof on December 20, 2021. They will need to place a crane and materials in the section of the parking lot closest to Brookgreen. Please do not park in that area starting at 7am on December 20.

A ballot was sent to all owners to approve a $5,000 assessment to pay for a new roof and HVAC system for the building. The special assessment has been approved and will be due January 1, 2022.

Due to Covid-19, the 500 Market Street Board of Directors has decided to conduct a mail-in Annual General Meeting rather than the usual in-person meeting. Each owner will receive a packet of information in the mail including a ballot which can be mailed back to the Mill House Property address. We will still need quorum to elect the board of directors.
